General

This attractive Adam S3H active midfield studio monitor is impressive in size and makes for an eye-catching addition to any mixing room. It sounds as impressive as it looks, boasting a frequency range of 32 Hz to 50 kHz and an SPL of around 126dB thanks to two 7-inch woofers, a 4-inch midrange dome/cone hybrid, and a ribbon tweeter. The latter is responsible for keeping those high tones ultra-tight!

Features of the Adam S3H

Whether it's pop, rock, or classical, the S3H reproduces any genre with great accuracy. Adam has pulled out all the stops to design an attractive unit for professional use. Connect your audio source by means of the analogue XLR or AES3 XLR; you won't find RCA or unbalanced jack inputs on a monitor of this calibre. On the rear, there's a display for adjusting a few essential settings, such as equalizer and room compensation. There's also a USB port for downloading software upgrades directly.
