You may be familiar with M-Audio's M32 speaker set; two monitor speakers with 1" tweeters and 3" woofers. It's a great set for people who are taking their first steps in music production, but also a great set of home-audio speakers. If you're all about the bass, however, you could probably do with an added subwoofer. At least, that's what M-Audio figured when they released the AV32.1 2.1 monitor set! It consists of the two M32 speakers, and throws a subwoofer in for good measure.
M-Audio AV 32.1 monitors: features
This set offers a frequency response of 32 Hz - 22 kHz. The 6.5" subwoofer accounts for the lower frequencies, is able to reproduce frequencies as low as 36 Hz (-3 dB)! As such, this is practically a full-range speaker set, with a sound that's accurate enough that you can use them as reference monitors. For HiFi applications (films and games, for instance) it means that you're right there in the thick of all the explosions and roaring monsters of your movie of choice.

ik heb deze een paar maanden gekocht , voor een beginner is dit een geweldige set speakers. prima geluid.
pluspunten : goed geluid voor beginner, de look ziet er professioneel uit, handig aan te sluiten en prima prijsje voor als je geen brede budget hebt en toch iets redelijks wilt hebben.
minpunten: er zit een afstandbediening erbij wat ikzelf irritant vind, je kunt niet de bas regelen en als je een tikje harder zet dan gaat alles harder( bas en geluid tegelijk) . er is een hele grote minpunt dat is in het begin geweest en vandaag ook weer voor het eerst , dat de speaker systeem automatisch harder gaat waardoor het lijkt dat hij te veel moet werken en daardoor net lijkt of hij zich eigen opblaast van geluid. dit is echt slecht vind ikzelf. ik druk gewoon op het knopje zachter en gaat knoerhard verder. dus er zit ergens een of andere systeemfout in.
kopen ? ja en nee zeg ik want het hoeft niet bij alle producten hetzelfde te zijn. maar pas wel op!

Helaas is de bas op zichzelf niet te regelen, de subwoofer kan alleen aan of uit worden gezet met de afstandbediening. Dit 'probleem' is natuurlijk prima op te lossen met de aanschaf van een kleine mixer. :-)
Kortom: een tevreden klant!
