If you need clear monitoring of a full-fledged 3-way 2.0 setup, the Neumann KH 310A is your friend, as it produces a full, but neutral sound. This Neumann monitor can achieve low frequencies down to 34Hz at -3dB, resulting in impressive bass reproduction. Clear and open mids are made possible thanks to a high-quality 3-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch driver takes care of the high frequencies up to 21,000Hz at -3dB.

Thanks to excellent, extensive modelling techniques, you can adjust the sound to suit the acoustic properties of the venue and prevent non-linear distortion. Sizeable cooling fins at the rear ensure the convection cooling that the built-in tri-amp module needs. With power handling of 150 + 70 + 70 Watts, the woofer, mid-range driver and tweeter are optimally powered, allowing for impressive dynamics. Independent thermal limiters for every individual component protect the unit from overheating, in the unlikely case that it's necessary, that is, and with a maximum SPL of 114.2dB, spread over 100 and 6,000Hz, you probably needn't worry about blowing up your unit, either! A dimmable LED display (which incidentally also lights the logo) provides you with all the important information. Be aware, when overloading occurs, the LED lighting changes colour!

The KH 310A Monitor in Use

The audio performance of this monitor is excellent. What you might not be aware of, is that the unit is also highly practical to use! A KH 310A can be fastened to a decorative truss, to the ceiling, or it can be mounted on a speaker/microphone stand. You can also freely position the monitors - on your desk, for instance! This way, your studio always enjoys an optimal layout.

De Neumann’s zijn de beste investering die ik ooit voor mijn opnamestudio heb gedaan.
Geweldig goede klank,extreem accurate weergave. Sinds ik deze monitors heb heeft m’n mastering engineer geen werk meer want mijn mixen zijn nu een pak beter afgemixt dan voorheen.
