General

The Palmer ORBIT 11 is an active 3-way coaxial studio monitor that stands out thanks to German precision and a particularly beautiful design. Thanks to the True Point Source concept, the 6.5-inch midrange driver and the 1-inch tweeter come together on one acoustic axis, ensuring consistently stable sound imaging across the entire listening area. The two eight-inch woofers in a heavy, enclosed aluminium cabinet cover the low end up to 28 Hz without unwanted vibrations. Internal DSP with 96 kHz/24-bit and FIR filtering ensure linear and time-coherent playback. Convenient settings such as an input pad, 3-band EQ and various installation presets are located on top of the enclosure. Versatile for mixing, mastering and post-production, the ORBIT 11 is also easy to wall or ceiling mount.
