General
Line 6 is one of the few manufacturers that actually incorporate the ideas of their customers into their products, something of which the Sonic Port VX is a prime example. The successor of the renowned original Sonic Port was given the features that many guitarists have asked for - and then some. For instance, it has a USB port so you can connect it to a Mac or PC and also allowing you to charge your USB device while using it.
Line 6 Sonic Port VX: audio interface and microphone rolled into one
One of the most notable new features of the Sonic Port VX is its built-in 3-way condenser microphone with its own gain control. The microphone enables you to simultaneously record your vocals and the sound of your guitar or bass guitar on an iOS device or computer - ideal for singer songwriters. By downloading the free Line 6 Mobile POD app you'll transform the Sonic Port VX to a compact POD 2.0 guitar processor.
Connectors and accessories
In addition to a guitar input, the Sonic Port features an aux input for your MP3 player, drum computer or even a keyboard and record them in CoreAudio apps such as GarageBand and Jammit. Moreover, this device now also has two separate balanced outputs to connect it to active studio monitors or a guitar amplifier. There's also a headphone output for direct monitoring. The Line 6 Sonic Port VX comes with a USB and a Lightning cable, table stand and microphone stand adapter.

Je suis extrêmement déçu :
- le produit est d'occasion et ce n'était stipulé nulle part, et le produit est bien évidemment vendu au prix du neuf
- les câbles fournis ne sont pas ceux prévus dans la boite (pas de cables iphone) et de piètre qualité
- le meilleur pour la fin c'est certainement le pied dont la partie détachable est tout simplement cassée, donc impossible de faire tenir le sonic port sur son pieds pour se servir du micro.
C'est avec grand regret que j'écrit cet avis. Le service est déplorable : N'ACHETEZ PAS CE PRODUIT SUR CE SITE.

D'habitude friand des produits Line 6, je l'ai pris pour l'utiliser comme carte son plus transportable que mon UX 2 et pour faire des tutos Youtube guitare electrique et voix. Le problème, c'est qu'il n'est pas compatible avec le pod farm, seulement avec l'appli mobile dispo seulement pour mac. Pas cool ! Inutilisable pour moi, donc, je le renvoie ...Par contre le micro est extrêmement puissant.

Opgepast !!!!
De Sonic Port VX was een fijne oplossing. Maar sinds de update naar IOS 13 werkt de Sonic Port niet meer.
Line 6 legt de schuld bij Apple en wil het niet zelf oplossen. Dus ik weet niet of hier ooit een oplossing voor komt. De ondersteuning van Line 6 is behoorlijk knudde.

Grande simplicité d'utilisation...Je n'ai pas été super bluffé par le son, manque un peu de puissance à mon goût même en réglant la molette du son à fond. Néanmoins, compte tenu du prix et de sa simplicité, c'est un bon achat. A noter le pied en plastique qui n'est pas stable dès que l'on branche des cables dessus donc prévoir un vrai pied de micro.

Helemaal blij mee, geeft wel icm mijn ipad wat ruis als ik m als effect gebruikt richting gitaarversterker, ook zo nu en dan last van latency maar denk dat dat voornamelijk aan mijn type ipad ligt (mini 2, 32g) maar misschien ook niet (vandaar 4 sterren), werkt wel mooi icm ipad en opnemen van gitaar, mono mic optie en de aux in. De kwaliteit als stereo mic kan ik niet zoveel nog over zeggen, daar ik die optie nog moet gaan gebruiken. Heb de Sonic Port VX voornamelijk gebruike vanwege de aux-in zodat ik met ipad als iphone gemakkelijk fimpjes kan maken waarbij ik drumsacoustich icm mixer kan opnemen of de roland kan inpluggen, monitoring via headphone gaat geweldig. Dus super apparaatje. Zeker aanrader als je dit ook wilt gaan doen.

Micro reçu hier, et je n'ai pas été déçu!
Pour le chant (enregistrement sur ipad) comme pour la voix (utilisé sur skype) il rend parfaitement, la voix est bien captée, rendue avec ses harmoniques et la qualité est bluffante pour le prix.
Pour capter le son d'une batterie acoustique ou d'une guitare électrique ( avec ampli Fender blues deluxe, donc 40W lampes, le truc qui fait bien mal aux tympans quand on le pousse un peu) aucune saturation, la molette de gain est parfaite et un réglage a 2/3 permet d'enregistrer sans perte de qualité!
Concernant l'interface Guitare/iPad, les tests que j'ai effectué avec Garage Band m'ont surprit! Les quelques défauts sonores audibles venaient des émulations d'amplis et non du Sonic Port, car cela dépend vraiment des modélisations choisies. Rien à redire donc
J'avais également choisi ce micro pour enregistre les voix lors de tournages de courts-métrages, et il fait parfaitement son travail et peut facilement se fixer sur une perche, un investissement donc vraiment polyvalent !
Le seul défaut que je donnerais, c'est la finition un peu cheap du pied fourni avec... Il dépanne bien, mais il ne m'a pas l'air très solide... Enfin c'est vraiment histoire de me plaindre!

erg fijn is de direct monitoring functie, die er voor zorgt dat je geen latency hebt tijdens het opnemen, dit zorgt er voor dat je toch kan opnemen op hoge kwaliteit settings maar de zanger geen last heeft van vertraging in het geluid. ook fijn is dat je koptelefoon direct op de mic kan aansluiten. toch raad ik aan om de mic onderste boven te houden waneer je dit doet zodat je koptelefoon draad niet tegen de mic aan komt en er pop geluid ontstaat. speel je gitaar dan kan je een gitaar via de jack aansluiting aansluiten.
gebruik deze mice niet als geluid interface maar het kan wel.
tof ding zeker het geld waard 155 euro

Het unieke van deze gitaar interface vergeleken met anderen:
+ je kan hem via micro usb aan een lader of portable accu hangen zodat je ipad niet leegloopt.
+ er zitten 3 microfoons in (1 voor mono 2 voor stereo)
+ je kan met je iPad in bijv Cubasis je gitaar en zang in 2 verschillende sporen tegelijk opnemen.
+ hij heeft genoeg in en uitgangen erop zitten , zodat hij flexibel inzetbaar is.
ik zou er wel een popfilter voor de microfoon bij kopen , microfoon is gevoelig bij het opnemen van stem. (wat goed is natuurlijk)

Ben erg blij met het product, doet wat het moet doen en voor wat het kan is het zeker niet duur. Er zitten 3 microfoons in en 1 van de weinig producten die zoveel I/O heeft. Vergelijkbare producten zoals de Apogee Jam en iRig HD hebben niet zoveel poorten en ook niet de microfoons. Ik kan er prima recordings mee maken.
Enige minpuntje is misschien dat de tafel stand niet heel stabiel is, zeker niet als de gitaarkabel er in zit, dan kan hij wel omvallen als er even aan getrokken wordt. Als hij plat ligt en op een microfoonstand zit, dan werkt hij prima.
