With the POD Express, you get the pick of seven different amplifier emulations, seven different speaker cabinet emulations and no less then seventeen distortion, modulation, reverb and time-based effects - including a looper. All of this can be tweaked to match your own particular taste via the neat and easily navigated layout and, if you do need a little guidance, then simply refer to the included Cheat Sheet. Besides the set of five rotary switches and two footswitches, this mighty little pedal has also been fitted with two jack outputs to accommodate the on-board stereo effects and, since the footswitch on the right doubles as a tep tempo, your delays can also be timed to match the beat. Other endlessly handy features include a built-in tuner and a noise gate, as well as a headphone output for silent practice sessions and a USB-C port - so the POD Express even doubles as a portable and near-pocket-sized audio interface.
