General

The Line 6 POD Express Black is a potent multi-effects pedal aimed at guitarists who are into heavier styles like metal and hard rock. Loaded with seven different amp sounds, seven cabinet simulations and seventeen effects, including a looper, the POD Express Black pretty much eliminates the need to buy a bunch of hardware and keeps your set-up nice-and-compact. All simulations and modulations are based on amps and pedals from big names like BOSS, MXR and Electro-Harmonix, and cover everything from overdrive and fuzz to distortion and delay. You even get a built-in tuner and a tap tempo switch.

Intuitive Control Over Countless Options

Line 6 has mounted five large knobs and clear LED indicators to ensure smooth control over the various features. Users also have the option to hook up an expression pedal for hands-free control over the volume and, can use up to two extra footswitches to toggle presets and effects.
