General

The YBL-421GE takes quite a step towards Yamaha's professional trombones. It has similar proportions to pro models and the sound cup is made of gold brass. You can expect a rich and full sound from this beautiful model. Of course, it too comes with the necessary accessories. A bass trombone is slightly less common than a tenor, but is incredibly appreciated for the beautiful, deep sound it can complement. As a matter of fact, it is often used in concert bands and is a standard part of symphony orchestras. It is even possible to use the bass trombone as a solo instrument, although it is less commonly done.
