The Audix USB12 gooseneck condenser microphone is great for recording vocals directly to your computer and offers a bright response and a thankful dose of flexibility due to its supple-yet-robust 31cm gooseneck. To be able to ignore ambient noise from computer cooling fans and loud neighbours, the microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern and, in addition to a bass roll-off filter to reign in any unwanted lows, there's a push-to-talk button on the base with 'steady on' and 'momentary on' functions.
