How Do I Get Something Repaired?

If your gear has developed a fault, you can send it back to us for repair - even if your warranty has run out.

Warranty Repairs

If the item has developed a fault and is still under warranty, you can send it back to us for a free repair.

Note:

  • If the fault is the result of misuse rather than a manufacturer’s fault, there may be a charge for repair.
  • If no fault can be found with any item sent back for a repair under warranty, we will charge a consultation fee of min. £55 and max. £250.

Ex-Warranty Repairs

Even if the warranty has run out, you can still send something back to us for a paid repair. As soon as we have the item and have assessed the fault, we’ll send you a quote for the repair job.

How do I get something repaired if the warranty has run out?

  • Fill in our ex-warranty repair request form.
  • As soon as you’ve sent us your completed form, we’ll contact you with further information.
  • Making an ex-warranty repair request is 100% free of charge and you are under no obligation to go any further.

How Does it Work?

1. Send the item back to us.

2. We’ll inspect your item and assess the fault.

3. As soon as the fault has been assessed, we’ll send you a quote for the repair job. You then have 3 options:

  • Option 1: You agree with the repair quote and we carry out the repair for you.
    • Smaller repairs are often carried out in-house, but in some cases, we might need to forward the item to our supplier's repair centre.
    • Repairs can take an average of 3 weeks to be completed - from the moment the item arrives with us, to the moment it’s delivered back to you. However, depending on the problem and whether or not parts need to be ordered in, it can sometimes take longer.
  • Option 2: You disagree with the repair quote and the item is sent back to you.
    • In this case, we will charge a consultation fee of min. £55 and max. £250.
  • Option 3: You can request that the item is disposed of using environmentally responsible methods and at a reduced cost.

4. Please let us know if you agree or disagree with the repair quote within 5 working days. This is to prevent delays if we need to return the item to you.

  •  If we don’t hear from you within 5 working days, we’ll send you a reminder. If we still haven’t heard from you following 3 reminders and after 1 month, we will charge a consultation fee of min. £55 and max. £250.

5. You'll receive a payment link as soon as the item has been repaired. Once payment is complete, we'll send the repaired product out to you.

Please note:

  • The repair quote for any ex-warranty repairs will also include a postage fee of £19.95.
  • If no fault can be found with any item sent back for a repair under warranty, we will charge a consultation fee of min. £55 and max. £250
  • If the payment for the repaired product isn't completed within three months, the item will be sold or destroyed.
  • All repairs are covered by a 90-day guarantee period.
