The SM86 is a professional condenser microphone by Shure, designed to reproduce the human voice in an open, clear way. The frequency response from 50 Hz to 18 kHz allows for a wonderful registration of your voice. Moreover, the capsule has a built-in pop filter to counter annoying pop sound and wind noise as much as possible. The capsule is attached to a Shure GLX-D2 handheld transmitter equipped with a powerful lithium-ion battery for 16 hours of non-stop performing. Should you have forgotten to charge the battery before the show, you need only plug it in for 15 minutes for another hour and a half's worth of juice.

Shure GLX-D4

To go with your transmitter microphone, this professional set provides you with a Shure GLXD4. This quality receiver uses the 2.4GHz frequency band to communicate with the GLXD2, allowing for license-free use all over the world. The LINKFREQ system automatically sets up an optimal connection between the two. Should any interference occur, it scans all the bands again and makes real-time channel adjustments. Meanwhile, a clear, well-organised display keeps you informed about the current frequency and the remaining battery life of your handheld transmitter.
