The Saramonic Blink500 Pro B3 wireless clip-on microphone system can be directly plugged into the USB-C port of your phone or tablet and, since the transmitter has an internal microphone, there's no need to hook up actual cables. If you don't want any microphone in sight at all, then you can simply use the included external lavalier microphone. The built-in batteries of the transmitter and the receiver can be charged with the included charging case.
