Ortega's Deep Series 7 serves up several high-class electro-acoustic bass guitars, including the D7CE-SKB-4 medium-scale bass which boasts a Satin Black finish and an electro-acoustic build furnished with a spruce soundboard and a cutaway that guarantees full access to the highest notes. Meanwhile, the built-in MagusPRO/B preamp system provides a piezo pickup, an integrated tuner, volume and tone controls and, of course, a jack input so you can hook up an acoustic bass amp.

Het is niet echt mogelijk een oordeel te hebben over deze mooie gitaar.
Ik ben 65 en heb voor de eerste keer een muziek instrument gekocht. Akoestisch want k wil geen versterkers o.i.d. een bas want 4 snaren lijkt minder moeilijk dan 6. Dit is de 8ste dag en ik ben er elke dag uren aaneen mee aan het “spelen” vingers plaatsen en verplaatsen is vreselijk moeilijk en wijsvinger en pink bijna onmogelijk. Ik hield van Barok maar sinds een paar maanden kijk ik via internet naar live registraties van: Belly, The Breeders, The Amps, Kim Deal, L7, en The Warning, hoewel ik niet nog de kunst kan afkijken bij hun.
Ik vraag me dagelijks af wat is dit , wat moet ik hiermee? Basgitaar. Ellenplaysbass is ook heel bijzonder. De open A vind ik mooi, erg mooi, de open E stelt me teleur lijkt zo anders dan G,D,A. Wel vind ik elke dag mooie tonen en klanken, Ik ben al een week elke dag heel blij met mijn Bas
