General

The ART 708-A MK4 by RCF is an active speaker with a DSP that's suitable for front-of-house/background PA applications. Audio is delivered over a 9-inch woofer and a 1-inch compression driver. A digital audio processor controls functions such as crossover, equalisation, phasing, soft limiting and intelligent speaker protection against overloading and short-circuiting. This speaker is equipped with FiRPHASE technology, which expands on the existing FIR filters that eliminate internal feedback. The FiRPHASE algorithm optimises the dynamics, amplitude and phase patterns with minimal latency. All this gives you more control over the phase in the mid-to-low frequencies than was possible with older ART speaker models. Finally, the RMS output of this ART 708-A MK4 is an impressive 400 watts.
