Shure's decision to branch out into the mobile phone market was a smart one and was made with deep consideration. This is clearly evidenced by the Motiv series: a range of practical, versatile and reliable audio products that are all specifically designed for mobile use. The Shure MV88 is a stereo microphone for any iPhone or iPad that fitted with a Lightning connector. This sensitive and robust condenser microphone features a fully metal housing and is 90-degree adjustable. The MV88 also comes with the extensive Motive recording app.
The MV88: Motiv App
With the included Motiv app you can make the most of the MV88 and record speech, vocals and instruments in 24 bit/48 kHz sound quality. You can set the pickup pattern and create recordings in mono cardioid (directional) or mid-side stereo. The mid-side stereo configuration means the width of the stereo image can be set to hit the right balance between any ambient noise and your sound source. For a professional result, you can adjust the gain, EQ and compression or use any of the practical presets. All in all, this is a highly comprehensive, great-sounding and highly durable iOS microphone.

Makkelijk op je iPhone te klikken.
Bijkomende software biedt prima instelmogelijkheden. Een paar onhandigheidjes in het interface.
Jammer dat je de MV88 niet op de PC kunt aansluiten (moet je de MV88+ voor hebben)
