As every owner of a valve amplifier knows, your amp only really shines when the gain setting is turned all the way up. On stage, this usually isn't a problem, but when you're practising at home, it's a completely different story, especially if you don't want to deal with complaining neighbours. With the Rockboard RPA 100 Power Attenuator, you can lower the volume of your valve or transistor amp without losing out on power or sound, allowing you to push your amp to the edge without upsetting anyone. Stick the RPA 100 between your amp and speaker cab before dialling in the sound with the large speaker level control and you're ready to rock. You also have the option to plug in a pair of headphones, add a cabinet simulator to the set-up, or send your signal directly to a PA system, recorder or audio interface. In other words, this power attenuator will come in handy on stage, at home and even in the studio.
