General

Developed for dabblers and professionals alike, Zplane deCoda analyses your audio and can highlight the chords, verses and choruses and even isolate the melody lines. You can then take a marked chord or some melodic elements and adjust them as needed before injecting some MIDI notes and exporting the results. What's also great is that deCoda gives you the option to isolate a few bars and loop them, with or without adding a pause after each loop. This also makes this software particularly useful for instrumentalists who want to hone specific parts. Lastly, since it's Zplane who's developed it, deCoda also includes the developer's famed time-stretching tool.
