What is a B-Stock Item? Any item we can no longer sell as new is labelled B-stock. This can be for a number of reasons, including damaged or missing packaging, or because the item shows light signs of use. In any case, you can expect the item to work just fine. General

Since Moog presented the Subharmonicon as a limited edition DIY kit back in 2018, we're not going to pretend it's completely new. Following huge demand however, Moog now introduce the ready-made version of the Subharmonicon. Just like the Mother-32, this module also fits in the original 2/3-tier racks but offers way more control elements as well as an expanded patch panel. While at first sight it may look like there aren't many synthesis options, let us just say, 'patch and thou shall find.' Also, since we're talking about a genuine Moog, the sound is deliciously analogue and warm.

The Moog Subharmonicon: Poly-Rhythmic

The interesting thing about this synthesizer is that it features a poly-rhythmic sequencer. This actually comes down to two sequencers with four steps each, which means you play two sequences simultaneously and adjust the individual tempo. The result? Polyrhytmic patterns that depending on the parameters, can be listened to for a long time before you'll notice a repeat. Put into the right hands, the Subharmonicon paired up with a few other models and a bunch of effects can create truly exhilarating sounds.
