This fully tweaked and up-to-date pro-grade model offers that familiar and flexible Tele tone - just better. It also comes complete with its very own deluxe case.

The American Professional II Telecaster: Compulsive Playability

Fender have thrown everything including the kitchen sink at this model to ensure maximum playing comfort. So, while this means you get a much-loved deep C-profile neck, it now comes with a 'Super-Natural' satin gloss coated backside for an ultra sleek and fast feel, while the fretboard edges have been thoughtfully rounded. Even the top corner of the heel and neck plate have been cut-off completely and smoothed down, all in the name of improved reach when gripping the highest of the 22 narrow-tall frets. The bridge has also been tweaked, since it can now be set up as either a string-through-body or toploader as preferred, so you can attain the perfect, and most personalised sound and feel possible. The three compensated brass 'bullet' saddles have also been freshly contoured.

The V-Mod II: The Sound of the Next Generation

The American Professional II Telecaster has been loaded with a pair of brand-new V-Mod II pickups, both specially voiced for their position and for this particular Tele. These insanely accurate next-gen single-coils have all of that familiar and friendly twang, snap, and snarl with the added treat of a push/push tone pot that can be toggled to flip the pickups from series to parallel and back again, giving this newest of pro-standard guitars an even broader range and a near-gymnastic level of flexibility.

Mooi afgewerkte gitaar met een erg soepele hals. Elementen klinken zowel modern als vintage (brugelement).

Prachtige gitaar, klinkt en speelt erg goed. Af en toe valt het geluid tijdelijk weg, dit lijkt een probleem met de push-push schakelaar te zijn en moet nog verder uitgezocht worden. Verder is dit echt een top gitaar.

Hele fijne gitaar, MAAR dit koste wel wat moeite en ergernis. Van alle gitaren die ik ooit gekocht heb was deze het slechts afgesteld. Ik vind dit in dit segment niet kunnen, hij zou perfect afgesteld moeten zijn. Buiten dit deed de volume knop het niet, na wat zoeken en vergelijken met het bedradingsschema wat ik op internet vond bleek dat de output en brugelement draden verkeerd om zaten!!! Zelf uiteindelijk opnieuw gesoldeerd, maar kom op, dit is een gitaar uit het topsegment, dit is echt niet acceptabel. Heb je dus zelf geen kennis van gitaren afstellen, dan zou ik geen Fender aanraden. Kan natuurlijk dat ik een uitzonderlijk pechgeval had, maar lees meer van dit soort verhalen.
