General

The Squier Paranormal Esquire Deluxe takes Fender's very first solid-body guitar and piles on seventies-style and a few welcome upgrades. The straight-up, single-pickup configuration combines with a large '70s headstock and a 3-ply pickguard, but certainly doesn't turn this remarkable model into a one-trick-pony since the specially fitted chicken-head switch can drop the Fender Designed Wide-Range Humbucker in one of three modes, including tone bypass and coil-split mode, completing a surprisingly versatile electric guitar.

The Paranormal Esquire Deluxe: Great Playing Feel

One of Squier's upper-class models, the Paranormal Esquire Deluxe has been decked out with a C-profile maple neck with a deluxe high-gloss finish, twenty-one narrow tall frets and a 9.5-inch fretboard radius, resulting in a classic-and-comfortable playing feel. A fixed, six-saddle string-through-body bridge, meanwhile, takes care of solid tuning stability and supports tight intonation.

The guitar is a perfect fit for me, I do not like neck pickup sounds, they sound muddy to me, unless they were a Tele or strat neck pickups. The guitar came perfect out of the box, beautiful finish, the rotary switch is amazing ad versatile.

The shipping was pretty quick, arrived in 1 day as mentioned in the website when I ordered it. I went to Bax shop in Rotterdam to see if they have it so I can try it out, but they didn't so I ended up trying lots of guitar variations they have in the store but my heart was still with this beast.

heb de gitaar als B-stock gekocht, kwam goed in de orr. verpakking binnen zonder een enkel krasje oid, enkel de beschermfolie was van de slagplaat en de pickup af, maar als nieuw, super gitaar, erg fijne hals, zoals de meeste CV squiers trouwens. Hoewel de wide range humbucker in dit geval een gewone humbucker is met alnico5 magneten is de klank toch goed, en toch effe net anders dan een reguliere humbucker. afstelling was perfect,niets aan gedaan.De gitaar heeft door de mokka kleur en de strat hals met grote kop echt een 70er jaren uitstraling. gewicht is goed, niet te zwaar.blij met de aankoop en door de 50 euro korting als B stock een mazzeltje, heb altijd goede ervaringen met B stocks, altijd "nieuwe gitaren"ontvangen.
