The foundation of this handsome instrument is formed by a trusty alder body that comes bolted to a maple neck topped with an ebony fretboard. This mix of tonewoods creates a snappy character, while the gradually flattening compound fretboard radius ensures that the highest frets offer the same level of playing comfort and accessibility as the lowest.

Seymour Duncan® Pickups & No-Load Tone Pot

Thanks to the Seymour Duncan® Distortion™ TB-6 humbucker at the bridge and two Seymour Duncan® Flat Strat® SSL-6 single-coil pickups in the middle and neck position, the So-Cal Style 1 HSS FR E can tackle virtually any style. This flexible pickup configuration guarantees a massive dynamic range and defined sound, whether you're slinging metal riffs or playing straight-up country. Meanwhile, the Floyd Rose® 1000 Series Double-Locking Tremolo bridge takes care of excellent tuning stability no matter what, and besides a volume pot and a 5-way pickup switch, you're set up with a No-Load tone control that, when dialled in between setting 9 and 10, is completely taken out of the equation, offering you the raw and natural sound of the So-Cal Style 1 HSS FR E in all of its glory.
