Product information

General

The SM58 needs no further explanation, this reliable microphone can be found anywhere. Shure also allows you to use the all-round character of the renowned SM58 wirelessly with the BLX-2 handheld transmitter. This model is equipped with the SM58 capsule and combines it with an UHF-transmitter with a maximum range of no less than 90 metres. The BLX2 has a lightweight housing but is very durable. Two AA batteries guarantee a maximum of 14 hours of singing and speech. We have yet to witness a gig this long!

Shure’s wireless BLX series
The BLX series by Shure consists of various wireless transmitters and receivers. It is designed as an affordable, professional sounding wireless solution for singing, speech and music. The reliability of Shure can of course clearly be found in these handhelds, bodypacks and receivers. The BLX series operates on the UHF frequency and is optimised to offer as stable a signal as possible. The models are light but very durable and ideal for musicians and technicians that often change location.
