General
The Sire Marcus Miller V7 New Gen is a modern interpretation of the classic J-style bass, with New Gen updates for better balance, tighter handling and a brighter, more direct sound. This Tide Pool version has a North American alder body and a roasted hard maple neck with matching roasted hard maple fingerboard. Thanks to the Edgeless™ (rounded) fingerboard edges, it feels extra smooth. The Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups run through the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp with mid/frequency control and passive mode.
