Now even slimmer and more lightweight than ever, the Darkglass Alpha·Omega 200 bass amp head still features two massive Alpha and Omega distortion circuits. Alpha guarantees tight, gut-punching output while Omega brings pure brutality. Set the gain level via the Drive pot before selecting and blending both distortions via the Mod pot and moulding everything to shape via the three band EQ pots. Easy to use and able to wield a full array of bass sounds, this mini life-saving monster has been designed and built in Helsinki, Finland.

The Darkglass Alpha·Omega 200: Fully Equipped

Keeping things flexible, the Alpha·Omega 200 supplies a combo SpeakON/jack port for hooking up an external speaker cabinet via a dedicated speaker cable, while the XLR DI output features a ground-lift switch to ensure clean stage and studio sound. In fact, this port can even be used to connect directly to a mixer or audio interface, and to support solo rehearsals, an AUX input for plugging in external audio gear as well as a headphone output have both been fitted. In short, this itty-bitty yet dark and potent amp head comes fully equipped to back up jobbing bassists with a busy rehearsing, recording and touring schedule.
