The NUX NBP-5 MLD Bass Preamp and DI box was developed with the help of bass legend Melvin Lee Davis. If you've never heard of him, you've definitely heard his work, whether it's on a The Pointer Sisters, Bryan Ferry, or Lee Ritenour track (among others), and it's his mass of experience that has gone into building a professional, all-in-one solve for jobbing musicians. The MLD features various sound-enhancing functions including a three-band EQ, a dedicated Freq. pot for selecting and shaping up those all-important mid-range frequencies, a drive section with blend control, an Impulse Response Loader to support speaker cab simulation, and built-in noise reduction. Finished with a headphone output and a USB-B port for installing updates or even live streaming, this tight performance tool has thought of everything.
