The MXR MC406 Dunlop CAE Buffer is the ideal solution for the guitarist struggling with degraded signal between their guitar and amplifier. This often occurs when the connection is via very long cables or through an array of effects. The CAE buffer boosts the signal between the guitar and amplifier, giving you the same output and a clearer signal like never before!

How does the MC406 work?

The MC406 provides a boosted signal without extra noise. Its various knobs allow you to easily adjust all kinds of options for a nicer, clearer and brighter sound. Thanks to the 'gain' slider, you can add up to 6dB of gain to your sound. The MC406 compensates for signal loss by using various effects. The HI and Low switches allow you to simply and effectively adjust and fine-tune the sound of the signal. Furthermore, the MC406 has an additional 9V DC output jack cable that also gives you an extra power supply for a pedal.

Très pratique ! Il est petit donc prend peut de place dans pedalboard ou tiroir à rack.
La possibilité de régler le niveau et de controller les fréquence basses et aigues et un plus.
Par défaut il y a une sortie "bufferisée" et l'autre non. Mais la sortie sans buffer peut le devenir
grâce à un réglage interne.
