General
The Audio Technica VM-760SLC is a dual Moving Magnet cartridge fitted with a diamond special line contact stylus. This lightweight needle attached to an aluminium needle carrier guarantees highly accurate tracking and a flat frequency response. To make the right match in terms of left and right channel position, two magnets placed in a V-shape have been used. This not only improves the channel separation but also has a positive impact on the frequency range. A separator plate placed in the centre of the cartridge prevents crosstalk to below 40 dB, and to properly handle vibrations, cast aluminium has been chosen for the enclosure.
