General
The Stentor SR1102F2 Student I 1/4 has been developed as the perfect entry-level model for young cellists right up to intermediate level. The cello is characterised by a bright, consistent tone thanks to the use of fully solid, hand-carved tonewood. With a top made of finely grained spruce and a back and sides made of maple, this cello guarantees stability and an excellent sound. The ebonised fingerboard and pau rosa tuning pegs ensure a comfortable playing experience and reliable tuning. Thanks to the lightweight, adjustable tailpiece and the built-in fine tuners, tuning is a breeze. The set comes complete with a wooden bow (with horsehair and an ebony frog) and a padded case featuring reflectors, extra compartments and carrying straps – everything a budding musician could wish for.
