General

In the traditional design and build of the C1M, Cordoba provide beginners with a classical guitar that will serve for decades to come. Constructed using genuine tonewood, the spruce soundboard fills out the acoustic sound with clarity while the mahogany back and sides bring warmth. This full-sized 4/4 model is perfect for adults as well as children aged 12 and up.

The Cordoba C1M: Traditional & Modern Detailing

The traditionally wide 52mm nut gives the C1M its authentic playability while widening the string spacing, allowing more room for accurate finger picking. A more modern feature is the truss rod that's been shot through the neck and can be adjusted should the wood become warped over time, which can occur within shifting temperatures and humidity levels.

Natural Style

The entire body and neck of the Cordoba C1M has been given a satin-gloss coat, retaining the natural look of the wood and leaving a smooth, matte feel. This is then accented by a set of gilded machine heads complete with mother-of-pearl tuning buttons. Since the quality of strings has an immense impact on the sound, this thoughtfully designed classical guitar also comes with a pre-installed set of Savarez Cristal Corum High Tension 500CJ strings.

Très bel instrument et sonorité au delà de mes attentes.La caisse de résonance est presque aussi épaisse qu'une guitare folk (montée elle, avec cordes en métal).Il en résulte des basses très profondes et l'ensemble des cordes sonnent de manière très brillante mais sans excès.Un point de qualité à noter est la corde de sol qui sonne très bien, même mieux que la corde à vide de ré.Cela produit un équilibre des plus précis et remarquablement réparti entre aigus,médiums et graves.J'ose à peine imaginer la justesse de fabrication et la puissance sonores des guitares Cordoba dans des gammes de prix et qualité au dessus.Depuis des mois je recherche une guitare classique avec un petit budget (hélas pour moi) mais de jolie facture.Cette guitare d'étude peut-être garder de longues années avant d'être remplacer par une guitare plus prestigieuse.La vidéo de démo est très fidèle à la qualité de l'instrument mais elle est au format trois-quart: la caisse de résonance projette moins en volume sonore que la quatre quart.Seul bémol les frettes n'ont pas été ébarbées correctement et j'ai peur de blesser le bois et abîmer le vernis avec du papier de verre .Pour l'instant à ce niveau pas de solution...
