The Tremlord by Orange is their first clean-sounding tube amp. Normally, their amplifiers are known for screaming delightfully when they're turned all the way up, but this bright orange beauty is different! Its clean sound comes straight from amps that were around in the 1950's and it works wonderfully well with external effects ranging from overdrives to modulation thanks to the built-in FX loop. A particularly special feature is its tremolo channel that boasts two independent tremolos! It's driven by two 12AX7 tubes and you can switch quickly and easily between the tremolo speeds and depth you've chosen using the included footswitch. Everything from stuttering volume drops to a soulful wave sound are at your disposal.

Orange Tremlord: a match made in heaven for your effects pedals

This tube amp has a maximum power output of 30 watts and a 12-inch speaker that was developed in collaboration with Italian speaker designer Lavoce. As such, it delivers more headroom and offers a smoother top end that's perfect for the unique vintage tones this amp produces. The headroom/bedroom switch gives you the choice between 30, 15, 2 or just 1 watt of power which means this amp can be used at home, in the studio or on stage. The FX loop is placed after the tremolo channel so that the signal is as clean as possible and thanks to the low impedance, a large number of effects can be connected without sacrificing the tone. The Tremlord also boasts Orange's best spring reverb tank to date that gives you a deep, sparkling echo. This is the start of a new generation of Orange amps!
