It is especially compact and can easily be fastened to the rim of a tom or snare, so that you can always enjoy the same sound, unhindered by movements that alter the sound. For accurate details, this microphone is fitted with a condenser capsule, making it suitable for a whole range of instruments.
Shure PGA 98D: good things come in small packages
Thanks to its wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the Shure PGA98D can be used for a variety of percussion instruments. Toms and snare take centre stage of course, but djembes and congas are also amplified just fine! The same goes for brass instruments and saxophones. Thanks to the flexible gooseneck, you will always be able to optimally position it. To keep the weight down, the cable has been kept especially thin. An XLR connector at the end allows for easy XLR cable connectivity.
