General
With this 17-inch Fast Crash, you get a versatile cymbal that you can use in any genre. The cymbal is made of Sabian's special B20 alloy. This uses the same technology that Sabian used for the award-winning Evolution and X-Plosion series. XSR cymbals give you the response you normally get from 'thin' cymbals, while also being able to deliver the power and volume of thicker 'medium' cymbals. This makes the sound versatile and suitable for a variety of styles, but it's still mainly pop and rock where these cymbals do best.
