Yamaha's MGX12 is a new compact digital mixer with extensive features and built-in effects. It is versatile for live music, conferences, studios or streaming, among others, and with as many as four headphone jacks, it can be used directly for podcasts. Thanks to the 4.3-inch touchscreen, you can quickly and easily compose your mix. The MGX12 features four XLR/jack combination inputs, two stereo channels with jack inputs and two stereo channels with RCA. The analogue inputs, pad, effects 1 and 2 and the master channel each have their own fader, offering not only great control but also a visual representation of the mix.

Digital functions: recording and playback

Using the USB connection, you can digitally record the 18 tracks to your computer. You can also record directly to an SD card, even multitrack. You can, for example, record a performance with the band without having to bring extra recording equipment.Wireless music playback is also possible thanks to a Bluetooth 5.0 connection. So impromptu karaoke is no problem. It features eight pads, which you can assign a function to yourself. So you can quickly access the functions you use a lot. Or you can use the pads to trigger sound effects. So plenty of opportunities for personalisation or self-expression.
