General

Yamaha offers their Clavinova series in a number of diverse finishes, and this is the Mahogany edition. The warm, red housing combines a lively mahogany veneer and the looks of an up-right acoustic piano, and contains everything a versatile pianist could ask for, from a good keyboard and three pedals to outstanding grand piano samples. This modern sound generator also features a 256-voice polyphony, which means that 256 sounds can be produced simultaneously without losing any notes, no matter how extreme the piece is.

Clavinova CLP-535M: keyboard

Even experienced pianists won't notice a difference between the feel of a real grand piano and this Clavinova. The CLP-535M features a Graded Hammer 3X keyboard, prized for its authentic response. It effortlessly reproduces dynamic nuances, and thanks to Escapement technology, the keyboard has the same key resistance as a grand piano. The keys are also precisely weighted and feature synthetic ivory key tops. Furthermore, the CLP-535M has 34 sounds, 50 piano songs, and 303 lessons, along with a built-in 16-track song recorder and a WAV recorder with the option of using USB flash drives.

Yamaha Extends Temporary 5-Year Guarantee on Clavinova and Modus

More than a year ago, Yamaha announced they would temporarily be extending the guarantee period of the Clavinova and the Modus models from three to five years. This offer was intended to end on March 31st of 2016, but Yamaha made it known today that they will be extending that offer for another two years. That means you have until march 31st, 2018 to take advantage of a whopping five-year guarantee when you purchase a digital piano from the Yamaha CLP or CVP series, or a Modus F02.
