General
Built to take the place of the popular P-125, the Yamaha P-225 digital piano keeps things lightweight and portable, and caters to beginners and more advanced pianists alike. Weighing just over 11kg, this slim digital piano is easy to get around, set up and put aside. It's equipped with newly-designed Graded Hammer Compact keys for that all important acoustic upright-feel and offers more sounds and options than the Yamaha P-145.
The Sound of the Yamaha P-225
Loaded with the sound of the six-figure Yamaha CFX grand piano, this updated digital piano is nothing short of a joy to play. While it also comes with various other sounds, it's the piano sound that you'll no doubt use the most. In addition, you're looking at twenty selectable rhythms, a handful of effects - including Intelligent Acoustic Control and a Stereophonic Optimizer - and built-in piano app support. Just like the model that came before it, we expect it'll sell like hotcakes!
