Ik heb verschillende pedals van Fender waar ik zeer tevreden over ben maar de Santa Ana Overdrive heeft mijn vertrouwen in Fender pedals toch een deuk bezorgd. Op drie verschillende versterkers, zowel lampen als integrated, zorgt de pedal voor een ongelooflijk luide ruis, zowel in mijn pedaltrain als alleenstaand en zelfs zonder een gitaar in te pluggen. Ik heb hem dan ook retour gestuurd met de opmerking dat ik vermoed dat hij defect is. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat dit normale bijgeluiden zouden zijn

Een te gek overdrive-pedaal met zoveel mogelijkheden.
Maar liefst vier toonregelingen bas, mid, treble en presence.
Een overall-toonmogelijkheid A=American versterkers, iets scherper
B=British versterkers,
iets ronder geluid.
Handig de extra boost- OF drivemogrlijkheid.
Ook is het mogelijk om True bypass om te zetten in Buffer-mode, zonder meer een handige mogelijkheid!
Maar het belangrijkste: de klank/sound, en die is in één woord voor mij fantastisch! De FET-technologie maakt het mogelijk om van bij laag volume weinig overdrive, naar hoog volume veel distortion te gaan (net als bij buizen).
Zonder meer een aanrader!
