General
High-gain, American-style amplifier tone crammed into one little pedal: the Tone City Holy Aura Distortion doesn't just bring the gain, but features a boost section that can add up to 20 decibels of extra power to your sound. Set the level via the control pot provided before engaging your Boost via the dedicated footswitch on the right. Next to that, a bank of seven pots can be tweaked to carve out your own custom distortion in minute detail, so you can shape everything from light crunches to solid, all-out distortions.
The Tone City Holy Aura: Transcendent Distortion
Set your distortion level via the Gain pot, set the output level via the Volume pot - all before bringing the effect to shape via the powerful three-band EQ section. To really push the valve-amp-flavoured character of this stompbox, twist the Presence mini-pot to your desired level and loosen or tighten up the sound as preferred via the Tight mini-pot. That simple and that devastatingly effective.
