The Warm Audio Throne of Tone is a tribute to two legendary overdrive pedals that have their origins in the sound of a famous 1960s British amp. What once began as the quest for that sparkling, dynamic "amp-in-a-box" feel grew into two iconic circuits used by guitarists such as John Mayer, Gary Clark Jr. and John Petrucci worldwide. With the Throne of Tone, Warm Audio brings these two classics together in one enclosure, allowing you to switch effortlessly between subtle crunch and rich, dynamic overdrive. The sound responds naturally to your attack and easily adapts to any pedalboard or amp.

Throne of Tone: Full control

On board you will find two fully independent channels with their own character, from the warm "Blues" sound to the more pronounced "King" voicing. Each channel features adjustable gain modes and a presence control to tune the high mid frequencies just right. Smart features like FX Order Swap let you decide which side is first in the signal chain, and the top-mounted send/return makes it easy to place other pedals between the two circuits. Extra headroom via internal voltage doubling provides more dynamics and an open, amp-like feel - ready for any stage or studio recording.
