Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3

The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 wraps up the full functionality of a set of CDJ-3000 media players and a DJM-900NXS2 DJ mixer, essentially condensing the three-part setup of club and livestream DJs down into one slick party-box. Built to serve as a solid gigging partner in pubs and smaller clubs, as well as part of radio setups and home livestream studios, this tight controller already comes complete with Rekordbox Export mode and Performance mode for connection to a Rekordbox-loaded computer, and on top of that, will boast full Serato DJ Pro support by the start of 2022.

Familiar Layout & Enhanced Functions

Anyone who has ever worked with a Pioneer DJ-controller will immediately feel at home with the familiar layout of the mixer and decks of the RX3, but the most striking new feature has to be the extra-wide 10.1 inch touchscreen. This upgraded interface boasts a higher resolution and frame-rate when compared to the XDJ-RX2 and, combined with a fresh look and a set of functions designed to streamline navigation and mixing even further, nudges this model over and above its predecessor. Pre-listen to tracks without even having to load them into a deck and simply select the right position on the waveform with nothing more than your fingertip. With this system, you can even prepare up to four playlists at the same time and quickly find tracks and flip through playlists with new levels of speed and efficiency.

Jog Displays & Release FX

The decks themselves have been given a power-up when compared to the XDJ-RX2, so the jog wheels are now more responsive than ever and even boast customisable weight - so you can give them a heavier or lighter feel for a fully personalised setup, while the jog displays clearly show the track artwork and current track position; keeping you on top of the mix at nothing more than a glance. And, to finish, eight performance pads have been lined up beneath the platters for flipping the energy of a track, pushing the tension before dropping the next track, or just throwing in a touch of drama - all at the literal push of a button.

  • Since this is a standalone DJ controller, a computer with DJ software is not required to get started. All you need is a USB stick loaded with music.
