The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 offers the functionality of two CDJ-3000 media players and a DJM-900NXS2 mixer in one standalone DJ controller. The XDJ-RX3 is easy to transport and set up for live gigs at large parties and celebrations, as well as for live streams you produce from home. You can also use the Pioneer XDJ-RX3 just fine for spinning in small clubs and bars, at pop-up events, radio stations, you name it. The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 comes with rekordbox Export mode and Performance mode when you connect the controller to a computer running rekordbox, and will get Serato DJ Pro support in early 2022.

Familiar layout, updated functionality

For anyone who has ever worked with Pioneer DJ controllers, the layout of the decks and mixer feels instantly familiar. The most striking new feature is the extra-large screen above the DJ mixer. The 10.1-inch touch-sensitive screen has a high resolution and frame rate compared to the XDJ-RX2. The interface has a fresh new look and offers new features to make it easier to navigate and mix accurately. For example, you can preview a track without loading it onto a deck by simply pressing the right position in the waveform, and you can prepare up to 4 playlists at once so you can quickly select tracks from different lists.

Jog Displays and Release FX

The platters have also received an upgrade since the XDJ-RX2. For instance, the platters now respond better to your touch and you can adjust the 'weight' of the platters lighter or heavier so they feel best for you. There is a display on the platter where you can see the artwork of the track and your position in the track. So at a glance, you can see what is currently playing on each deck. Below the platters are 8 performance pads that allow you to change the energy of your track at the push of a button. For example, you can add extra drama to a section in the track or add some extra excitement before moving on to a new track.
