While we've been keeping it back until now, the DJM-S11 is also loaded with an expanded effects section including 22 Beat FX, 15 of which come carried over from the DJM-S9, while fresh ones like Fader Pitch and Helix guarantee hundreds of new possible effect blends since they can be freely and simultaneously matched with six extra software-based effects. In addition, you're getting a total of 16 Performance Pads, that's eight per channel. Compared to the DJM-S9, the pads are slightly larger for increased control, and when used with Serato DJ Pro in Combo Pad mode, up to four different pad modes can combined as you see fit.

Boasting an enhanced Magvel Fader Pro, the Pioneer DJM-S11 is clearly made for scratch-DJs, and the vertical rigidity of this fader has been increased by 30% so you can scratch with unrestricted determination, while the crossfader is covered in a more durable coating to counter any wear and tear caused over time. All things considered, the DJM-S11 is more than sufficiently armed to take on high-energy battles, and packs the same raw and intense sound as the DJM-900NXS2 thanks to pure studio-grade, 64-bit mix-and-dither processing. To top it all off, Pioneer have loaded in an internal clock-circuit with minimum jitter and a 32-bit D/A converter in the Master output section.
