SKB's Studio Flyer 2.0 is a portable 2U rack that's ideal for mobile music producers and engineers. It's stronger and lighter than its predecessor and is the world's first injection molded waterproof carry-on studio rack case! The 1SKB-iSF2U has handles on the side and it's equipped with an extendible handle and wheels for easy transportation over greater distances. It has integrated rack rails with cage nuts and on the inside, there's room for a laptop and 2U of 19-inch rack equipment.
Injection Molding
SKB's iSeries flightcases are made in America using a special injection molding technique. This involves extreme pressure being applied to the components using gigantic molds (some of which weigh 20 tons!) to get the right strength and shape. This means the cases are extremely robust and yet relatively lightweight.
