Pearl Midtown kits are super-compact rigs set up for big gigs. Très belle petite batterie Pearl, une bonne sonorité, facile à monter et très pratique à transporter. Pour mes répétitions et pour jouer dans des petites salles, elle est très commode.

Leuk compleet drumstel voor deze prijs!
Set komt met volledige lichtgewicht hardware set van de bekende Pearl kwaliteit, dat is een aangename bonus. De ketels zijn niet van het beste hout, dat is ook niet te verwachten voor deze prijs, maar ze zijn wel netjes glad afgewerkt. Idemdito voor de standaard vellen, wil je het maximale uit de ketels halen zou je die moeten vervangen. De wrapfolie om de ketels had hier en daar wat beter afgewerkt kunnen worden, echter met de spanranden gemonteerd is dat niet meer te zien. Hardware op de ketels is degelijk zoals we dat van Pearl gewend zijn, met name de bassdrum voelt erg solide aan.

Ik heb de set meteen omgebouwd naar elektronisch, dus kan niet oordelen over de sound. Maar het is een leuke set voor in de oefenruimte, of voor kleine optredens als je geen zin hebt om te sjouwen.
