General
Flexible enough to mike-up the bass drum no matter the genre, the SE Electronics V Kick microphone boasts four different voicings toggled via a set of two rear fitted switches. Flip the switch on the left to toggle between a round response with plenty of mid-range punch and a more aggressive sound with an emphasised low-end, and flip the switch on the right to toggle between a mild high-mid presence boost and the more modern 'ticking' kick sound that's made for progressive rock and metal. This all-rounder of a microphone also features an integrated stand mount that can be rotated in every direction to support accurate positioning.
