General

Newfangled Audio's Punctuate plugin is not just another transient shaper. It allows you to adjust the transient of specific frequency bands, while leaving others untouched or even getting an opposite adjustment. For example, on a snare, you can give the higher frequencies extra punch without adding too much bass to the mix. The Punctuate operates on no less than 26 separate frequency bands. In addition, each of these bands is based on bands important to the human ear. This allows you to adjust the transient exactly where it is needed and even drastic alterations sound natural.
