General
Of course, DR's BKB-40 Black Beauties immediately stand out because of their black colour. Yet that's not the only thing special about this set of strings for electric bass guitar. After all, they are made of a round core wire with a stainless steel winding wire to ensure clarity of sound. DR's patented black K3 ultra-hard coating that the strings are treated with prevents dirt and sweat from affecting your strings, making them last longer and sound like new. This set contains 4 strings in thicknesses .040 to .100 and is suitable for many different musical styles and genres.
