General

The Sadowsky Blue Label Bass String Nickel Taperwound XL 32-130 is a string set for 6-string electric bass guitar and is suitable for instruments with an extra-long scale mensure. The nickel windings sit around a hexagonal core and form a smooth surface that feels comfortable and smooth while playing. These strings give your bass a soft, natural sound with rounded trebles and a wide midrange, ideal for melodic bass lines in jazz, pop and soul. The taperwound B string is wound thinner near the bridge so that it resonates better, sounds deeper and does not stick out above the other strings. You cannot use these strings for string through body mounting, only with toploader bridges.
