General

With the Markbass MB 5 Yellow JB, Markbass introduces a 5-string electric bass guitar that appeals to beginners and experienced players alike. Thanks to the comfortable neck and low action, this bass plays light and smooth, perfect for long rehearsals or gigs. The JB-style body is made of poplar and finished in signature Markbass yellow, combined with a black pickguard and chrome control plate. The two 5-string single-coil pickups deliver a versatile palette of sounds-from warm fingerstyle to punchy slap-where you can go either way with the volume controls and tone knob. Each instrument is individually quality-controlled in Italy. Extra practical: a gig bag and carrying strap are included as standard.
