This premium P-model bass combines an alder body with a solid flamed maple top for a powerful tone and a luxurious finish. Thanks to the active Marcus Heritage-3 electronics, the Marcus Premium PJ Revolution pickups and the included official Sire hard case, this bass is immediately ready for intensive use on stage, in the studio or during rehearsals.

Premium electronics and high-quality hardware

The Marcus Premium PJ Revolution pickup set combines the character of a split-coil Precision pickup with the definition of a Jazz pickup. This gives you a versatile tonal palette, ranging from warm vintage bass tones to modern, tight sounds with great definition. The Marcus Heritage-3 preamp offers an active 3-band EQ with adjustable mid-frequency and an active/passive switch for maximum flexibility. Hipshot USA Ultralite tuning machines ensure precise tuning and a lower overall weight, whilst the Hipshot KickAss bridge with adjustable string action allows for optimal sustain and precise adjustment.

In terms of ergonomics, too, the P10 DX5 ranks among the very best in the range. The flamed hard maple neck with a comfortable C-profile sits comfortably in the hand and features rounded Edgeless™ fretboard edges for a smooth playing feel.
