The North American alder body, together with the roasted hard maple neck, forms a solid foundation for a balanced tone and a comfortable playing experience. The Marcus Vintage-Fat Precision Revolution pickup delivers the recognisable, warm Precision bass tone with plenty of punch and definition. The simple passive volume and tone controls allow you to quickly dial in the desired sound without affecting the pickup’s natural characteristics. As a result, the P5 A5 is equally at home across a wide range of musical styles, from rock and blues to soul, pop and funk. The Marcus Miller Vintage S-bridge, premium open-gear tuning machines and chrome hardware ensure stable tuning, reliable performance and a classic look.

Comfortably built for every bassist

The roasted hard maple neck features a comfortable C-profile and a rosewood fingerboard with rounded Edgeless™ fingerboard edges for a smooth playing feel. Thanks to the 34-inch scale length, 20 medium frets and the wide 47.6 mm nut width, this 5-string bass offers plenty of room for precise playing. The sturdy four-point neck joint contributes to a solid construction and excellent sustain.
